We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the platform.
Account information. Name, email, business name, and billing details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store full credit card numbers.
Business data. Services, pricing, staff, hours, photos, and content used to build and operate your Handld site.
Client data. Your customers' names, contact details, appointment history, and payment records — stored securely and accessible only to you.
AI interaction data. Voice calls, chat messages, and emails processed by your AI agents are stored to provide the unified inbox and CRM.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access controls ensure your business data is only accessible to you. We follow industry-standard security practices.
Your data is retained for the duration of your account. Upon cancellation, data is kept for 90 days to allow re-activation or export. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell data.
