By accessing or using Handld AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Handld AI provides an all-in-one AI-powered business platform including website hosting, online booking, AI voice/chat/email agents, payment processing, CRM, and related services for small businesses.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Annual plans are available at a discount. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Paid plans include domain registration. Handld purchases and manages the domain on your behalf, registered in your name. If you cancel, you may transfer the domain to another registrar within 90 days.
Bookings and payments on your site are processed through Stripe via Stripe Connect. Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) apply and are deducted by Stripe before funds reach your account.
You retain ownership of all content and data you provide (business information, photos, client records). You grant Handld AI a license to use this content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
Content generated by our AI (website copy, email replies, chat responses) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy. Handld AI is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
You agree not to:
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. You may request a data export during this period by contacting support@handld.app. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
Handld AI is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handld AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association rules. Before initiating arbitration, send a written notice to support@handld.app describing the dispute. We will attempt informal resolution within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
